METHOD:
The Electric Collective method is a 6-day fitness program that mixes strength training, cardio, barre, pilates, dance, and yoga disciplines to deliver a transformative experience that keeps members guessing and motivated all week long. All classes are rhythm based and every class has a new playlist and sequence each week.
Designed just like a personal trainer made a workout plan for you.... just without the loneliness of working out alone at the gym, the program mixes deep toning days that focus on specific muscle groups, with high intensity cardio and strength training days to deliver an experience that leaves students feeling mentally and physically powerful.
Classes include Your Best Butt, which targets your glutes in a strength and cardio conditioning lower body class. As those muscles recover, you can take Your Best ABS & ARMS for a barre, pilates, and strength training class. We also have Your Best BODY, which is a full body HIIT and strength toning class as well as NamaSCULPT, which is a yoga-strength fusion class, both of which are designed to keep students' heart rates in the
